I've been coaching since 1998. Initially as a personal trainer and health coach, moving to business coaching in 2018.

When I say I know the coaching world, I really do mean it.

When I'm not at my desk helping other coaches you'll find me living quietly in the countryside, fully embracing my introvert nature. We're living in the stunning forever home Richard my partner built for us, where I spend my time reading, writing, taking Hetty for a walk along the lanes and in the fields, meeting up with family and friends, and spending quality time with Richard. I love simplicity in both business and life.
